Poor experience. Pretty much disappointed. I ordered a cordless phone through ptcl. But within 2-3 months it became problematic. I called them, no doubt they said they will fix it or replace it but i need to have a warranty card. I told them the warranty card was not there in the first place, inside the box. I still have the complete box along with the manuals with me but warranty card is not there and they told me that they staple the warranty card on the tcs packet. Now it is a universal rule that no matter what ever gadgets you buy the warranty card is always placed inside the box, nobody ever keeps the courier packet with them, its the box and the things inside it that you always keep safe. Very unprofessional way of packing the item. All my money gone to waste. P. S. My email id is [email protected] I can share my number on email, so plz get back to me via email.

After a mix up over a delivered item MUNEEB at FOUR BRIDGES arranged for the item to be collected and replaced with a correct item. All of this was arranged calmly and i was kept informed at all times, a first class service. First Time in Pakistan.

My experience with Four bridges had been awesome.I ordered Panasonic cordless phone Worth Rs 7700 but unfortunately TCS couldn’t deliver it on time.Upon a single text the CEO Ms Aysha took on my complaint on emergency footings and got the parcel delivered in a day.The product is awesome and comes with a year warranty cover by Four Bridges. it was great doing business with them.

When we've had to return an item that wasn't specifically suited to our needs, this process has also been quick and easy, taking the hassle out of what is usually a slow process.
